Agreement

By using PromptHush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, dashboard, billing portal, or browser extension.

Service

PromptHush provides browser-based detection and redaction tools intended to reduce accidental disclosure of sensitive information in AI prompts. The service is not a substitute for legal, compliance, security, or professional review.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your prompts, account credentials, browser configuration, and decisions to send, redact, or override warnings. You must not misuse PromptHush, bypass credit limits, abuse confirmation emails, or attempt unauthorized access.

Accounts And Billing

Free and paid plans include the credit limits and features shown in the product. Before starting a paid subscription checkout, you must accept these Terms. We record that acceptance with a timestamp, selected plan, IP address, user agent, and related request details. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe, and plan changes may take effect according to Stripe and product configuration.

Acceptable Use

You may not use PromptHush to violate laws, attack services, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, resell access without permission, or interfere with usage by other customers.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep core functionality reliable, but the service is provided without uptime guarantees unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Disclaimers

Detection may miss sensitive content or flag content incorrectly. You should review prompts before sending them to any AI tool. PromptHush is provided “as is” to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PromptHush is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
